Our Complete System Tune Up is a professional cleaning, adjustment and safety check we perform on all types of air conditioning and heating equipment to help maintain peak performance, safety and reliable operation.

Cooling and heating systems require routine maintenance to maximize performance, maintain efficiency and to insure safety. In the past, systems were simple by design and had less moving parts but they have become more complex due to safety and efficiency standards.


For Gas Furnace:

  • Clean burners
  • Adjust gas pressure
  • Check and adjust pilot operation
  • Lubricate all moving parts
  • Monitor flue draft for safe operation
  • Check and tighten all loose electrical connections
  • Check and test safety controls
  • Monitor voltage and amperage draw on all motors
  • Adjust air flow for proper temperature rise
  • Check heat anticipator settings
  • Check Thermostat
  • Monitor furnace Cycle
  • Check for cracked heat exchanger
  • Make recommendations for system improvements.
  • Clean or replace air filters (provided by the owner).

For Heat Pump maintenance:
-
  • Inspect unit for proper refrigerant level an adjust if necessary
  • Clean dirt, leaves and debris from inside condenser cabinet.
  • Inspect condenser coil and cabinet, clean as needed.
  • Inspect fan motor and fan blades for wear and damage-on older models lubricate as needed.
  • Inspect control box, associated controls/accessories, wiring and connections.
  • Inspect compressor, reversing valve, capacitors and wiring.
  • Inspect lower assembly, blower wheel and motor
  • Inspect heat exchanger or heating elements
  • Inspect control box, associated controls, wiring and connections
  • Clean and replace air filters (provided by the owner).
