Fall-Winter Special Service

Service covers:

 

* Charge of Freon (R22) or Puron (R410a) up to 1 lbs only in Heat Pump Systems.
* Check and replace capacitors when needed (parts with 20% discount)
* Check Defrost Board and thermo-pressure relays.
* Replacement of Contactor when needed
* Wash outdoor unit with chemicals (non corrosive) only Heat Pumps.
* Check coil for debris (inside unit). Spray chemicals for odors and bacterias,
* Check heat exchangers for cracks with camera.
* Clean up service of coil with 10% discount
* Check blower and test or change capacitor if it is needed.
* Check limit switch, pressure switch, inducer motor, hoses and ignators.
* Seal air leaks around units (no duct work)
* Wash filters or replace disposables with your own. Also electronic air filters.
